Frequent Asked Questions...

Q - Why should we have our Wedding filmed?
A - There is nothing like a professionally made film to capture all the days celebrations, an event which has become one of the major social events in a person's life.
Create a classic heirloom to be cherished for years to come.

Q - Should a friend or family member video our Wedding?
A - Certainly, but don't expect professional results. We began our Wedding Video business in 1991, so we are very experienced in capturing such an event.

Q - Will your filming be unobtrusive?
A - We are always working in the background of your Wedding Day. Our aim is to capture the day as naturally as possible.

Q - What if my Church has restrictions on video?
A - It is the client's responsibility to find out if there are any restrictions on filming, and to notify us well in advance. Many churches have strict guidelines, such as no flash photography and no moving around during the ceremony as this may distract.
Please also make sure to find out where the videographer will be positioned during the ceremony, preferably at the front of the church facing towards the Bride.

Q - Do you use lighting?
A - Yes we do when needed as our camera's work well in very low light situations.

Q - How long will the finished Dvd?
A - Your Wedding DVD will not turn out to be one of those long epic movies. We want your video to be entertaining not a long drawn out video. So over the year's experience has taught us that around two hours is sufficient. Occasionally it may be shorter or longer depending on the length of the service and speeches, or if you request it to be of course.

Q - How soon after the Wedding will I receive the Dvd/Vhs Tape?
A - We endeavour to finish the Dvd/Video ready for your return from honeymoon, two weeks, however during the summer months this may increase to 4-6 weeks.
